Anthony started working as a personal trainer in 2008. In that time, he has seen many fads come and go, and in an industry that has so much conflicting information he likes to bridge the gap between misinformation and realistic results based training. He enjoys helping people become more confident, comfortable and independent in the gym. “If I can do this, I feel like it’s mission accomplished”.

Chrissy reignited my love for the gym, and introduced me to weigh training. Few months later I found myself squatting and deadlifting more than my own body weight. Loved our training sessions and the push she gave me for them last few reps. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

"After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis earlier in the 2019 which then brought on a bout of chronic anxiety, I decided to try exercise in conjunction with my meds. I had been in a gym before but didn’t know my way around the equipment, so I decided to try some PT sessions with John. My first session was ‘horrific’ as I thought I was going to pass out and really didn’t like the experience. However, I decided to persevere and I’m glad I did, as for the first time in some years I’ve become far more emotionally, mentally and physically strong because of John constant encouragement at each session. Nicola is a final year medical student from UCD and a Mac-Nutrition University certified nutritionist. Nicola has been working one-to-one with clients since 2018 and has helped them reach goals ranging from weight loss to muscle gain, as well as general health and well-being. Her enthusiasm for all things health, nutrition and training means her clients achieve their desired results in the most pain free way possible.

Having started off as a member of Raw, Taka began working with a personal trainer who introduced him to the benefits of resistance training, it was then he decided to go back to college and study to become a personal trainer himself. Taka has one clear mission, to be able to educate and empower people, help them gain confidence in who they are and show them how strong they can become through resistance training and exercise.
