BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - FAST. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout burning up to 590 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

The Pilates Method focuses on strengthening, toning and improving flexibility for your body resulting in a functionally strong and balanced body. Our Pilates classes will leave you feeling strong and supple, with a toned slim waist and improved posture.
Triple A is a combination of Arm, Abs and Ass work. We will strengthen and tone those all important areas using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and other free weights.
The Raw 60 Experience. This class will run for 60 minutes with a mixture of fun, challenges, and teamwork. Fusing strength and HIIT to give you the perfect balance of a full body workout.

Our own mixture of 'spin' and resistance training will allow you to push yourself like never before with this fat-burning circuit bringing you from the spin bike to the weighted exercise and back again for the final sprint to the finish line.
Are you ready for 7 minutes of Barbell, 7 minutes of Dumbbell and 7 minute of Bodyweight exercises. Complete these 7 minute circuits followed by core rounds in between.This high intensity workout will test your fitness to the max.
