A form of suspension training, TRX helps to develop the strength, balance, flexibility and core stability that other exercises might miss.

Strength
& Stretch

Strength and Stretch is a brand new, functional fitness class combining flexibility, strength, balance and core. Great for injury prevention, joint mobility or anyone who wants to learn some basic gymnastic movements. How far can you bend?

SPIN

Our unique spin class is the most intense cardiovascular training that incorporates both interval training and endurance work to maximise fitness level and help with weight loss. Are you ready for the ride of your life?

Body
Blitz

This Full Body Workout with certainly get you moving!  If you’re looking for weight loss, muscle toning or just to improve your fitness, join in and see if you can keep up.

HIIT
Cycle

Our own mixture of ‘spin’ and resistance training will allow you to push yourself like never before with this fat-burning circuit bringing you from the spin bike to the weighted exercise and back again for the final sprint to the finish line.

Pro
Box

This class teaches advanced boxing techniques which a focus on improving the technical movements and combinations required for boxing.

Yoga

Raw offers Yoga classes for all levels of students, whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practising for years. Our classes integrate breath with movement alleviating stress and leaving you feeling revitalised and relaxed.

The Raw 60 Experience. This class will run for 60 minutes with a mixture of fun, challenges, and teamwork. Fusing strength and HIIT to give you the perfect balance of a full body workout.

A unique class created with a combination of animal movements, but don’t be fooled it’s not all monkey-ing around, this is an intense workout!

Body

As part of our Full Body Programmed Classes, this intense workout focuses on targeting the muscle groups in your Upper Body.

Fell your core burn and your heart race in this intense class. With a mixture of cardio and exercises that target the core muscles, this is the perfect addition to your Full Body weekly class routine!
